摘要
Abstract
AIM; To explore the effecl of Iradilional Chinese medicine Qiliqiangxin on cardiomyocyle apoplosis afler myocardial infarclion ( MI) in a ral model. METHODS: MI was induced in rals by ligalion of the anlerior descending coronary artery. The survivors were randomly divided inlo 3 groups; sham operation group, MI group and Qiliqiangxin Ireal-menl group (4 g · Kg-1 · D-1 ). Afler28 days, the infarclion size was measured. Apoplolic index (AI) was delermined by TUNEL. The expression of Fas was delecled by the melhod of immunohislochemislry in non - infarcled zones (NIZ) , and the expression of xanlhine oxidase (XO) and caspase -3 in myocardial lissue from NIZ was delecled by Weslern blolling. In addition, XO aclivily, and O‐·2 and OH · Scavenging aclivily of myocardial lissues in the NIZ were measured by colori-melry. RESULTS: Compared with MI group, AI and the expression of Fas and caspase - 3 in the NIZ were significantly depressed in Qiliqiangxin Irealmenl group. Moreover, the aclivily of XO was significantly decreased while O‐·2 and OH · Scavenging aclivily was significantly increased in Qiliqiangxin Ireatmenl group. Ventricular remodeling was altenualed. No significant difference in infarcl size and XO expression level between Qiliqiangxin Ireatmenl group and MI group was observed. CONCLUSION: Qiliqiangxin may inhibit apoplosis of cardiomyocytes in the NIZ of rats by reducing reaclive oxygen species and depressing the expression of Fas and caspase - 3.关键词
