季节对沼泽型水牛采卵效果和卵母细胞体外成熟的影响
Effect of Seasons on Retrieval of Oocyte and the IVM in Buffalo
摘要
Abstract
This study was undertaken to investigate the effect of season on retrieval of swamp buffalo oocyte and its IVM in a whole year. Ovaries were collected from abattoir. The average recoveries of total oocytes per ovary were:4.06±0.63 (January to March),4.62±0.75( April to June),4.50± 1.06 (July to September),3.87± 1.34 (October to December). The average recovery of good quality oocytes per ovary were: 1.70±0.57(January to March), 1.86±0.55( April to June),2.06±0.63(July to September), 1.67±0.50 (October to December). The average recoveries of useless oocytes per ovary were:2.38±0.31 (January to March), 2.76±0.47( April to June),2.51±1.14(July to September),2.20± 1.03(October to December). The results showed that in comparison of average total oocytes,there were no significant differences among January to March, April to June,July to September,no significant difference between January to March and October to December, but these in April to June and July to September were significantly higher than that in October to December;there was no significant difference between July to September and April to June on average good quality oocytes, and the two groups were significantly more than January to March and October to Decem-ber; the average recovery of useless oocytes per ovary from four groups were in the same level. Furthermore, the capability of IVM didn't show any significant difference among four ° groups.关键词
