摘要
Abstract
Akabane disease is one serious disease affecting the cattle and sheep industry in China at present. The disease exists in our country widely. It would cause serious economic losses to our animal husbandry if it happened. In order to control and eradicate the disease, a quick and accurate diagnosis method is needed. After decades of efforts, Akabane virus diagnostic technology, from the earliest virus isolation and identification to the serological test,and then to the molecular biology technology,has been developed gradually toward the more sensitive, more specific, more convenient, and more economic direction. In this paper, the detection methods for Akabane virus in laboratory were reviewed.关键词
