摘要

Abstract

In this study,the kinetics of pyrolysis characteristics of camellia oleifera shell were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis at heating rates of 5,10,15,20,25 ℃/min,respectively.The results show that pyrolysis process of camellia oleifera shell includes three stages with most of the materials decomposing among 250 and 350 ℃.The apparent activation energy are ranged within 139~270 kJ/mol and 151~302 kJ/mol by the methods of Ozawa and Friedman,respectively.With Malek method,it could be determined that pyrolysis process of camellia oleifera shell accords with the J-M-A equation,which indicates that pyrolysis mechanism of camellia oleifera shell is random nucleation and later growth.The research has provided a scientific basis for designing camellia oleifera shell pyrolysis reactor and optimizing industry parameter of utilizing it as the resource of biomass energy.
