油茶壳热解特性及动力学分析
Characteristics and Kinetics of Camellia Oleifera Shell Pyrolysis

Abstract
In this study,the kinetics of pyrolysis characteristics of camellia oleifera shell were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis at heating rates of 5,10,15,20,25 ℃/min,respectively.The results show that pyrolysis process of camellia oleifera shell includes three stages with most of the materials decomposing among 250 and 350 ℃.The apparent activation energy are ranged within 139~270 kJ/mol and 151~302 kJ/mol by the methods of Ozawa and Friedman,respectively.With Malek method,it could be determined that pyrolysis process of camellia oleifera shell accords with the J-M-A equation,which indicates that pyrolysis mechanism of camellia oleifera shell is random nucleation and later growth.The research has provided a scientific basis for designing camellia oleifera shell pyrolysis reactor and optimizing industry parameter of utilizing it as the resource of biomass energy.关键词
