氢闸流管开关和感应叠加技术重频脉冲源的实验研究OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Study of the Repetitive Pulse Generator Based on Hydrogen Thyratron and Inductive-adder
在电力系统和继电保护设备快速瞬变电磁脉冲群的效应实验中,具有亚μs上升前沿的高压重频脉冲源是关键的设备之一。提出了采用氢闸流管开关结合感应叠加技术实现高压重频脉冲输出的方法。基于变压器理论推导并分析了感应叠加输出方式对脉冲前沿的影响,仿真分析了重频脉冲与单脉冲在频域内的分布情况及变压器的磁场分布,给出了同轴屏蔽结构的设计。应用该方法得到了幅值为50kV的连续5路且前沿在20ns内的重频脉冲输出,该脉冲间隔最小为50μs,并能以10μs为步长调节。…查看全部>>
In the effect experiments of the electrical power systems and the relay protection equipments, the high voltage repetition pulse with sub-microsecond arising time is one of the key equipments. A novel method for realizing high voltage repetition pulse output based on application of the hydrogen thyratron coupling with inductive-adder was proposed.
