A Set of Primers and the Method of Real-time RT-PCR for FMDV Detection

Abstract
Primers and the method of Real-time RT-PCR for FMDV were developed.All the reported genome sequences of FMDV were analysed and the primers and fluorescence probes were designed.By the Real-time RT-PCR detection,a specific fluorescence curve was got.The real-time RT-PCR could be used for confirmation of FMDV serotypes with sound and reliable results.关键词
