摘要
Abstract
Side population (SP) cells are a rare subset of cells, which can be isolated by dual-wavelength flow cy-tometry because of their capacity to efflux Hoechst 33342, found in various tissues and cell lines that are highly enriched for stem cell activity. As recent studies have identified stem-cell-like SP cells in many lung cancer tissues and cell lines, this review is intended to find out the relationship between lung cancer SP cells and lung cancer stem cells.关键词
