摘要

Abstract

Silicon nitride slurry was dried by centrifugal spray drying technique with phenolic resin as binder and absolute ethyl alcohol as liquid medium. The effect of phenolic resin content on particle character, morphology, size distribution, sintering character of spray pelletization powders was investigated. The results show that the loose density, mean size, sintering shrinkage, pore size and quantity of sintering blanks increase with the increase of phenolic resin content, but the angle of repose, sintering relative density decrease.
