Abstract
A new method for comminuting the synthetic mica by ultrasonic waves was studied The small mica particles in size dso=40.39 u.m were obtained after the coarse mica in size 180~ 1 700 u,m was comminuted using ultrasonic equipment I. The principle of synthetic mica comminuted by ultrasonic waves was also discussed based on XRD, SEM, particle size analysis and calculating results. The results show that this new method overcomes the defect that there is damage on the mica surface by the wheel-grind machine. The flake mica particles with narrow size distribution and glabrous surface are prepared by this method.关键词
