摘要
Abstract
With the continuous devdopment of China＇s economic construction in recent years, the Ro/Ro ship traffic has been also increasing. However, behind the prosperity, we cannot ignore a serious issue, the high frequency of fire accidents revolving the Ro/Ro vessels. What is the root cause？ What lessons we should learn？ What action we should take to strengthen the fire protection onboard the Ro/Ro ships？ The author, based on the accident analysis, provides in this paper some Comments and suggestions concerning lneasures to be taken to prevent fire accidents involving Ro/Ro ships carrying cars in the Three Gorges Reservoir of the Yangtze River.关键词
