Abstract
An oil spill taking place in terminals for large oil tankers and in port close to large oil stowage facilities is usually a large and serious one. The emergency response action to be taken and required personnel, materials and equipment should be based on the unique circumstances and the real situation at the site where oil spill takes place. A site-specific oil spill emergency response plan should be developed. The success of the whole response activities depends on the effective implementation of the emergency response plan.关键词
