摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficaey of using reformative DuFourmental flap to treat soft tissue defects of skin in clinical experience. Methods Twenty-two cases of skin and soft tissue defects, the diameter of wound area was from 1 cm to 8 cm. Instead of using DuFourmental flap to treat soft tissue defects, the soft tissue defects of this group of patients whose diseased skin tissue were not directly sutured. Along the incision line skin incision to subcutaneous tissue, the removal of diseased tissue, loosen the shaded area. Flap CDEF transferred to the defect,D point to point B,E point to point A,F point to D point stitching. Results Reformative DuFourmental flap wound closure, wound repair to Phase I,all flaps survived well,no complications occurred. By-1-year-follow up,scar is not obvious,the local appearance is satisfaction. Conclusion Reformative DuFourmental flap produced a single cylinder,reliable blood supply,is to repair soft tissue defects of a good way.关键词
