高血压致丘脑出血的手术治疗分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of surgical operation for hypertensive thalamus hemorrhage. Methods The efficacy of the surgical operation for 33 patients with hypertensive thalamus hemorrhage in our hospital over the past five years was analyzed retrospectivelyand was compared with the clinical data of 31 patients without the operation in the same period. Results Postoperative hemorrhageoccurred in 2 cases out of 33 cases. Four cases gave up the treatment and 6 cases died. The mortality rate of those with the operationwas significantly lower than those without the operation. The patients were followed up for 0. 5 ~ 1 years and they were classified according to ADL prognosis scale: 6 cases in I grade, 9 cases in II grade, 8 cases in III grade, 2 cases in IV grade, 1 case in V grade. Conclusion Timely clearing the hematoma completely and stopping bleeding reliably under the direct vision can lower the re-bleeding rate and mortality rate in the case of hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage.关键词
