摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the application value of the CT imaging technology in spinal deformity' s orthopedic surgery . Methods 30 cases of spinal deformities patients carried out the actinogram and CT inspection. The image processing of the CT inspection contains 3D bone reconstruction plus CTA joint imaging. Results Actinogram is not able to do the dynamic rotation observation. Meanwhile, the situation in the vertebra is not satisfactory. CTA joint imaging and 3D bone reconstruction are all superior to actinogram in the aspect of the scoliosis. Reconstruction image can find out the spinal deformities in 3 dimensional spaces through free rotation and the removal of the disturbed ribs. In the measured values of CT, Bone Bridge s CT value appeared to be the largest. The normal vertebra s CT value seems to be the smallest. There are significant differences in CT value among different tissues( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions CT imaging technology in applying of spinal deformity' s orthopedic surgery can gain better of scoliosis confirmation spinal rotating degree measurement and spine display, CT values of the different bone tissues are also obviously different, which contributes to orthopedic surgery design of the spinal deformity.关键词
