A nondestructive detection method to distinguish different kinds of grapes

摘要

Abstract

A simple and effective method for the feature extraction about grapes' color was designed and the computed results of feature values were the input of neural network. The different kinds of grapes were distinguished by the neural network's self learning and training. The research showed that the accuracy rate of recognition was high and the mean square error was 0. 000 252% by using this article's experimental method. The recognition process is much shorter than the general method.
