Product Modular Design Method for Active Remanufacturing
摘要
Abstract
In order to achieve product modularization for the active remanufacturing,a modular design flow was proposed. Combined with characteristics of various stages of product life cycle,the module partition criteria of product active design for remanufacturing were established from the aspects of material selection and configuration, remanufacturing process performances, use and maintenance performances, economical efficiency, functional and physical feasibility. Based on criteria and the fuzzy dynamic clustering algorithm, the similarity matrix of product components and product components module were constructed. The optimized threshold value and module were obtained through the module interior/module exterior correlation analysis. Finally,a type of dishwasher was taken as an example to verify the validity of the method.关键词
