Dynamics Simulation of Heavy Scraper Conveyor in Working Condition of Failure--load and Structural Load
摘要
Abstract
To research dynamic characteristics of heavy scraper conveyor on failure--load and structural load about chain block,a dynamic model of scraper conveyor was established, and dynamic characteristics of scraper conveyor in working condition of failure--load and structural load were researched. By using examples, numerical simulation was analyzed for dynamic characteristics of chain block,chain scission,polygon effect of chain wheel＇s driving and the difference of chain＇s pitches. The simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the design of heavy scraper conveyor.关键词
