摘要
Abstract
AIM: To investigate the effect of tectorigenin on the secretion of extracellular ma-genin at different concentrations, the mRNA expression of a-SMA, pro-collagen-a1 ( I ), MMP-13 and TIMP-1 were detected by real-time PCR. RESULTS: Tectorigenin significantly decreased the expression of a-SMA in HSC-T6. As well as the mRNA expression of pro-collagen-ai , and tectorigenin significantly elevated the mRNA expression of MMP-13, while decreasing the mRNA expression of TIMP-1. CONCLUSION: Tectorigenin could reduce the synthesis and secre-trix (ECM) in Hepatic stellate cells. METHODS- HSC-T6 cells were incubated with tectori-tion of type I collagen in HSC, thereby reducing the deposition of extracellular matrix; the other hand, tectorigenin could promote the degradation of extracellular matrix, so as to have anti-fibrosis potentials.关键词
