苦碟子注射液对大鼠急性脑缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用
Protective effect of Kudiezi on acute cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury in rats

Abstract
Objective To observe the protective effects of Kudiezi injec-tion on acute cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury and explore the possi-ble mechanisms. Methods The rat cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury (I/R) model was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MC AO ) . The rats were randomly divided into three groups, sham group, I/R group and Kudiezi protection group(KD). Neurological defi-cit score, cerbral infarction size (TTC staining) , HE staining and mor-phology (light microscope and electron microscope) ,the SOD activity and content of MDA were measured. Results The neurological deficit score, cerbral infarction size and content of MDA were decreased, while the ac-tivity of SOD was increased and ultrastructure were improved in Kudiezi injection group, compared with I/R group. Conclusion Kudiezi injec-tion had protective effects on cerebral ischemia /reperfusion injury, which mechanism may be related with scavenging free radical and anti-lipid peroxidation.关键词
