摘要
Abstract
After the systematic research and comprehensive analysis of the germplasm resources of wild fruit tree of Rosaceae,it is clear that there are 14 categories,156 species and 29 varieties of Rosaceae resources in Gansu province.The fruits,rich with vitamin,carbohydrate and amino acids,can be eaten as a raw food,brewed as wine,processed as jam,made as fruitcake or fruit juice,and used as medicine.The paper mainly analyze and illustrate the wild fruit tree resources of Rosaceaein Gansufrom the perspective of its types,usage,distribution,resource volume habitats,ways of exploitation,and make a proposal of sustainable utilization of them The paper aims to underlie the reasonable development and utilization of these resources in the field of fruit breeding,food processing,medicine,chemical industry and forestry.关键词
