摘要

Abstract

Objective; To analyze the influence of PG cells culture supernatant on proliferation inhibition and apoptosis of PB-MC and investigate the probable mechanism. Methods: Different supernatants from PG cells were added into the culture system of PB-MC. The PBMC were obtained after 24,72 h of treatment, and the PBMC cell cycle, apoptosis rate were detected using flow cytometry. In addition, the change of apoptosis related proteins Bcl-2, Fas were detected by flow cytometry and Western blot, respectively. Results: The addition of the supernatant from PG cell culture system did not inhibit PBMC into cell cycle but the apoptosis rate of PBMC showed significantly increased. At the same time,we found that supernatant of PG cell can regulate the expression of apoptosis related proteins Bcl-2 and Fas. Conclusion: PG secretions were able to reduce the number of PBMC may be related to the supernatant of PG cell can regulate the expression of apoptosis related proteins and induce the PBMC apoptosis.
