Abstract
Objective:To detect the different expression of SOCS3 ,TNF-ct and IL-10 in normal early pregnancy and recurrent spontaneous abortion( RSA ) patient's decidua tissue. Methods: The protein expression of SOCS3 was detected by Western blot. The expression of TNF-α and IL-10 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: Compared with normal early pregnancy, the expression of SOCS3 and IL-10 was significantly decreased in recurrent spontaneous abortion patient's decidua tissue ( P <0. 01 ). The expression of TNF-ct was significantly increased in recurrent spontaneous abortion patient's decidua tissue ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: The expression of S0CS3 and IL-10 was decreased and TNF-α was increased in RSA, and the differences were significant between the two groups, which explains the Thl/Th2 unbalance of recurrent spontaneous abortion maternalfetal interface, S0CS3 protein expression may in-flunce the Thl/Th2 balance and lead to abortion.关键词
