高浓度SO_2对香蕉苗生理影响
Physiological Responses of Banana Plantlets to High Concentration SO_2
摘要
Abstract
The changes of leaf structure, proline and total sulfur content in the banana plantlets treated with SO2 were studied at the initial concentrations of 0,1,2,5 g/m3.It was found that the leaves and leaf cells suffered injury, the total sulfur content and proline content in the leaf increased with the increasing SO2 concentration, and the protoplasm let out,the cells shrunk and the cytoskeleton was damaged.Special unknown red substance was produced in the cells because of damage caused by SO2.The results suggested that the production of red substance might be the special reaction caused by SO2,and it could be applied for the identification of SO2 pollution as an accessorial tool. The banana plantlets still keep a normal growth status under absorbing 1.5 times sulfur, indicating that the banana plantlets had definite decontamination to SO2.Moreover,the sulfur content had a linear correlation with the proline content when treated with SO2.关键词
