菠萝多糖抗氧化功能的研究OA
Study on the Functional Activity of Pineapple Polysaccharide in vitro
通过从菠萝皮渣中提取菠萝粗多糖,探讨菠萝粗多糖的体外抗氧化功能。采用热水浸提法提取菠萝多糖,用羟自由基体系、超氧阴离子体系、多糖的还原能力体系研究菠萝多糖清除自由基的能力。结果表明,用水杨酸比色法测定菠萝多糖去除羟自由基能力,当浓度为12 mg/mL时,对羟自由基的清除能力达90%以上。用邻苯三酚法测定菠萝多糖清除超氧阴离子的能力,当浓度为6 mg/mL时,超氧阴离子的清除能力达80%以上。菠萝多糖还原能力与浓度呈良好的量效关系。
