日本农协发展的新战略及其对中国农业产业化发展的启示
New Development Strategy of Japan Agricultural Cooperative and Its Revelation to China
摘要
Abstract
The Japan agriculture cooperative（JA） played an important role in agricultural industrialization.With the changes of agricultural environment,the JA also faced many challenges,such as non-agricultural members,population aging and so on.By the retrospect and introduction of new developmental strategies which were adopted by JA with the intention of accustoming to new situations,the intrinsic reforming of the JA was analyzed in this paper from some angles,including its development goals,the overall layout of the cooperation,operating system and supporting facilities,etc,in order to provide new ideas for the development of agricultural industrialization in China.The agricultural industrialization development should be promoted in China from the aspects,such as improving legal system,accelerating the systematic operation of the organization,focusing on personnel training,encouraging the integration of the development of industrial cooperation and improving the land intermediary service.关键词
