Abstract
[ Objective ] To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy with gasless and pneumoperitoneal laparoscopy. [ Methods ] Retrospective analysis the clinical material of cases who received laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy with gasless (24cases) or pneumoperitoneal laparoscopy (184cases) in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2009. Operating duration, blood losses, complication, mean uterine weight, postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal were compared between the two groups. [Result] The operating duration and the blood losses wese less in gasless group than pneumoperitoneal group but without significant difference; mean uterine weight in pneumoperitoneal group was larger than in gasless group (P<0.05); postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal in gasless group is shorter than pneumoperitoneal group (P<0.05).There were no severe complications in the two groups. [Conclusions] The laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy with gasless gasless laparoscopy gives less damage and little interfere on patients' cardiorespiratory function. This operation can be used on old people or patients with cardiorespiratory function problems,as an important addition of pneumoperitoneal laparoscopy.关键词
