Abstract
The recent years witnessed the improved employment situation of agricultural college graduates,but the space for further improvement existed for employment in consideration of local agricultural colleges and the agricultural endeavors of our country.Apart from seeking the policy support,the local agricultural colleges were supposed to give priority to their talent training,reform their educational programs and mechanism,upgrade the educational quality,enhance the career planning education,and orient the graduates to the service of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.关键词
