Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors for coronary heart disease ( CHD ) and the effectiveness of standardized management for the secondary prevention of CHD. Methods A total of 110 CHD patients who had been ever hospitalized in the past years were enrolled to receive questionnaire - based survey and regular follow - up. Based on the standardized management protocol for secondary prevention, health education and medication instructions were provide, and the risk factors and the application of secondary prevention were recorded. Results Compared with the situations before hospitalization, the awareness and control of risk factors and the medication were remarkably improved after hospitalization among these 110 CHD patients ( P < 0.05). Compared with the situations during hospitalization, the administration of lipid - lowering statins, β-blockers, angio-tensin converting enzyme inhibitors ( except asprin ) was decreased significantly ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The standardized management for the secondary prevention of CHD increases the patients' awareness of the risk factors of CHD, improves the control of these risk factors, and reduces drug administration. It also provides a useful approache to increasing the CHD patients' compliance of secondary prevention.关键词
