摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids ( PPH ) plus milli-gan - morgan methods in treating elderly patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid. Methods The clinical data of 47 elderly patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid treated by PPH plus milligan - morgan techniques were analyzed retrospectively. Results The anal shapes of all the patients were restored well after operation, not only being smooth but also with less hurt, lighter pain and faster recovery. There were no complications such as anal incontinence, anal stenosis and infection and so on. Conclusion PPH plus milligan - morgan technique is not only safe but also effective in treating elderly patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid.关键词
