社区糖尿病患者个性化健康教育的可行性研究
Feasibility of Community-based Individualized Health Education for Diabetic Patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility for community health staff to provide individualized preventive health education and health behavior guidance for diabetic patients. Methods The basic information was collected using a questionnaire from 99 diabetic patients. An individual health assessment report ( IHAR ) providing systematic diabetes prevention and health behavior education was given to each patient. Then they were asked to complete a questionnaire on the feasibility and necessity of the preventive health education and health behavior guidance. Results Of these subjects, 92. 7% were satisfied with the individualized health assessment and education provided through IHAR, 92. 1% found it acceptable, and 95. 8% believed it necessary. Conclusion It is necessary and feasible to implement the community - based individualized health education and health behavior guidance for diabetic patients.关键词
