综合性医院门诊质子泵抑制剂合理用药情况分析
Analysis on Reasonable Application of Proton Pump Inhibitors for Outpatients in General Hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the medication of proton pump inhibitors ( PPIs ) for outpatients in a genera hospital so as to promote the rational clinical use of PPIs. Methods The random number table method was taken to select 1 442 prescriptions containing PPIs for outpatients in hospital from June 2010 to May 2011. The rationality of PPIs use was analyzed in terms of dosage, timing, application beyond pharmacopoeia, and combined medication. Results The medications of PPIs were generally reasonable. However, there were 128 prescriptions that were irrational or not completely rationale, with irrationality ratio of 8. 9%. Conclusion There exists a condition of over administering PPIs, so how to balance the pros and cons clinically is important for applying PPIs reasonably.关键词
