Analysis on Reasonable Application of Proton Pump Inhibitors for Outpatients in General Hospital
目的 了解某综合性医院质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitors,PPIs)门诊用药情况,促进临床合理用药.方法 采用随机数字表法随机抽取2010年6月-2011年5月含PPIs的处方1 442张,从剂量、时间、超药典应用、合并用药情况等方面,分析其使用的合理性.结果 PPIs用药处方总体合理,但不合理用药或不完全合理应用处方128张,不合理率为8.9%.结论 PPIs存在过度使用,临床上宜权衡利弊,合理应用.
Objective To investigate the medication of proton pump inhibitors ( PPIs ) for outpatients in a genera hospital so as to promote the rational clinical use of PPIs. Methods The random number table method was taken to select 1 442 prescriptions containing PPIs for outpatients in hospital from June 2010 to May 2011.
