中国绿色经济战略研究
Study on China' s Green Economy Strategy
摘要
Abstract
With the Rio + 20 Conference of the UN as the background, on the basis of the status quo and policy of green economy development, the paper introduces the green economy development of the developed countries, green economy theory research and practical exploration, and analyzed China' s green economy development strategy. The paper concludes that the government should strengthen the guidance of green industry development, perfect encouragement and restraint policy, ensure green economy development, highlight green technology personnel team construction, and improve innovation ability of green industry. The main problems are as follows: realize the monetization of environmental value by establishing discharge right trade market; construct and perfect legal system related to green economy accounting; change economic growth mode by implementing green GDP appraising system. More precisely, companies should establish green technology personnel team, reinforce green industry innovation ability, and promote green industry development and adjustment. In the industrial sector, more attention should be paid to energy-saving building, recycling resources, sustainable transportation, sustainable agriculture and ecological infrastructure. The consumers should accept green idea and green consumption. Technology support and technology training of the developed countries should be conducted in the sectors involving environmental protection products and service.关键词
