Abstract
polyamide 6 (PA6)/high density polyethylene (PE-HD) blends were prepared via in-situ compatibilized reactive extrusion using a twin screw extruder. The reactive compatibilization of PA6/PE-HD blends as well as the effect of content changes of PE-HD on mechanical properties of PA6/PE-HD blends were studied through mechanical property test, SEM, and Molau. The experimental results showed that PE-HD-g-MAH was formed during the blending extrusion, which provided a good compatibilization on PA6/PE-HD blends.. Mechanical property and interracial morphology of PA6/PE-HD blends were improved obviously, meanwhile the water absorption decreased.关键词
