玉米螟赤眼蜂与松毛虫赤眼蜂提取液对亚洲玉米螟卵发育的影响
Effect of Extracts from Trichogramma ostriniae Pang et Chen and T. dendrolimi Matsamura on Development of Ostrinia furnacalis（Güenée） Eggs

Abstract
Ostrinia furnacalis（Güenée） egg was more suitable for parasitization to Trichogramma ostriniae Pang et Chen than to T.dendrolimi Matsamura.In this paper,emergence rate of wasp based on number of O.furnacalis eggs parasitized by the two Trichogramma species at different ages were investigated,and effects of extracts of female whole body and female abdomen of the two Trichogramma species on development of O.furnacalis were observed by microinjecting the extracts into O.furnacalis eggs.Results indicated that wasp emergence rate of T.ostriniae was higher than that of T.dendrolimi when exposed to O.furnacalis eggs of the same ages.Hatchability of O.furnacalis was significantly lower than that in control when the 12 h host eggs was injected with high concentration extract of T.ostriniae whole body or abdomen;furthermore,eggs injected with extract of T.ostriniae abdomen produced deformed O.furnacalis larvae.Extract from T.dendrolimi had no effects on development of O.furnacalis egg.关键词
