改良CT三维重建女性骨盆测量方法及其应用
A modified female pelvimetric method and its application
摘要
Abstract
Objective To increase the amount of pelvimetric lines and improve the accuracy of pelvimetry, a modifed computed tomographic three-dimensional reconstruction pelvimetry was carried out based on Mimics software, Geomagic software, and UG software. Methods Original CT datasets of 20 consecutive patients who were hospitalized in the department of gynecology in Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University in November 2010 were collected; the datasets were input into the mimics 10. 01 software to construct digital three-dimensional pelvic models; right side pelvic models were separated by Geomagic software;based on these pelvic models,the related radial lines and angles were measured by UG software. Results All the radial lines were measured successfully and the measurement of pubic arch angle was reformed. The radial lines, such as posterior sagittal diameter of pelvic inlet, midpelvis and outlet, which were immeasurable using Mimic software, were measured precisely with our modified method. Conclusion The modified pelvimetry method can measure the related radial line precisely and was of great value in the research of female pelvis.关键词
