Expression of ADAM19 in endometrial carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of ADAM19 in human endometrial carcinoma tissue and to explore its correlation with clinical behavior and pathological characters. Methods To investigate 81 cases that were operated in the department of gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University between February 2002 and August 2010. A total of 50 specimens of endometrial carcinoma, fifteen normal endometrium and sixteen atypical hyperplasia en-dometrium were evaluated by Immunohistochemistry technique to detect the expression of ADAM19. Patient' s clinical data were analyzed with the results. Results The ratio of ADAM19 highly expression deletion in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia endometrium,endometrial carcinoma was 26. 7% ,75. 0% and 64. 0% respectively. The ratio of ADAM19 expression deletion in endometrial carcinoma is obviously higher than the ratio of normal endometrium. Through statistical analysis,it was found that the ratio of ADAM19 expression deletion had significant statistical difference among the three group (P < 0. 05 ) . The expression rate of ADAM 19 was significant difference between tumor grade, mymetria invasion and menelipsis (P <0. 05). In endometrial carcinoma,no'relations was found between ADAM 19 and surgical stage and lymph node metastasis(P >0. 05). Conclusion ADAM19 correlates with the progress of endometrial carcinoma.关键词
