一株新型鸭源呼肠孤病毒（TH11株）的分离与鉴定
ISOLATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A NEW TYPE OF DUCK REOVIRUS
摘要
Abstract
A new infectious disease emerged on a ducks farm in Jiangsu Province. The sick ducks showed weakness in legs and diarrhea and pathological findings included necrotic foci in the spleens and hemorrhage in the livers. A virus was isolated from the liver and spleen of a dead duck. The virus isolate designated Duck reovirus（DRV） TH11 was demonstrated different from those previously documented in pathogenecity in ducks, genetic analysis in RT-PCR and morphology under electron microscopy. Therefore, the virus isolate DRV-TH11 represented a new type of duck reovirus.关键词
