枝原浮对猪增生性肠炎的防治效果评价
EVALUATION OF TIAMULIN FUMARATE （DENAGARD FOR TREATEMENT OF PORCINE PROLIFERATIVE ENTEROPATHY

Abstract
Tiamulin Fumarate （Denagard） was evaluated for its field efficiency to treat porcine proliferative enteropathy （PPE）. Fecal samples were collected and tested in PCR. The bacterial positive rate in Treatment groups （in feed or water） was significantly decreased after 14 days medication as compared with Non-treatment control group. The health status, feed conversion efficiency and average daily weight gain of Treatment groups were also improved. The histopathologic and immunohistochemical examinations showed that the usage of Tiamulin decreased the intestinal mucosal cell proliferation and Lawsonia intracellular infection. All data indicated that Tiamulin （Denagard can effectively treat PPE infection.关键词
