EXPRESSION OF E PROTEIN OF DUCK TEMBUSU VIRUS IN PROKARYOTIC CELLS
摘要
Abstract
The E gene of duck Tembusu virus（DTMUV） was amplified in RT-PCR and inserted into the multiple clone sites of the pET32a（＋） vector.The recombinant plasmid was transformed into BL21（DE3） competent cells,and expression of the E protein was induced with IPTG.The E protein was expressed in BL21（DE3） cells and visualized to react with specific DTMUV antibody in SDS-PAGE and Western blot.关键词
