两株H6N2亚型鸡源禽流感病毒的分离鉴定
IDENTIFICATION OF TWO H6N2 SUBTYPE INFLUENZA VIRUSES ISOLATED FROM CHICKENS
摘要
Abstract
Two Avian influenza viruses 65 and C7 were isolated from chickens at a live bird market in Guangdong Province.Both strains were determined not to belong to H5 or H9 subtype.These two viruses had hemagglutination activity,which was inhibited by antiserum to Avian influenza virus H6 subtype.Then,special segments were amplified using primers specific for M gene of Influenza virus and HA and NA genes of H6N2 Avian influenza virus and blasted in GenBank of NCBI for genetic analysis.Both viruses shared more than 95% homology with H6N2 Avian influenza viruses.Therefore,the viruses 65 and C7 were classified as H6N2 subtype and designated as Chicken/Guangdong/65/2009 and A/Chicken/Guangdong/C7/2009,respectively.关键词
