摘要
Abstract
Salmonella is implicated in human food-borne diseases and thus has a significant impact on public health.The traditional methods for detection of Salmonella are time-consuming,so there is a need for the development of innovative methods for the rapid identification.At present,many techniques have been developed to detect Salmonella including molecular biology,immunology,impedance,biosensor,phage methods and their combinations.In this paper,the principle,advantage and weaknesses of each method are reviewed.关键词
