Progress in the detection methods of wild animals infected with Echinococcus species
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews the species, distribution and infection status of wild animals with Echinococcus spp. The progress in detection methods for Echinococcus spp. infection in wild animals including anatomical,coproantigen-ELISA, copro-DNA-PCR, and copro-DNA-LAMP were introduced and their disadvantages and problem-solving approaches in order to provide the guidelines for the control and diagnosis of echinococcosis in wild animals were discussed too.关键词
