2007-2011年广东省猪圆环病毒2型分离株的遗传变异分析
Genetic variation of porcine circovirus type 2 isolates from Guangdong Province from 2007 to 2011
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the genetic variation of porcine circovirus type 2（PCV2） in Guangdong Pro-vince from 2007 to 2011,forty-nine PCV2 strains were isolated from the pigs in different regions of Guangdong Province and sequenced with PCR method.These PCV2 could be classified into three clusters with genome length of 1 766 bp（2）,1 767 bp（45） and 1 768 bp（2）.Nucleotide homology among the isolates and other strains from the GenBank was from 93.2% to 99.9%.Between the relationship of genetic evolution,the forty-nine PCV2 strains could be classified into two groups with PCV2b and PCV2d branch.The current vaccine strain are not PCV2 pandemic strains in Guangdong region,more attention should be paid to the strain.关键词
