Distribution of FSHR in inferior mesenteric ganglion of female goats
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate whether follicle stimulating hormone（FSH） could regulate the reproductive activity of female goats by affecting activity of inferior mesenteric ganglion,localization of FSH receptor（FSHR） on inferior mesenteric ganglion of female goats was studied by immunohistochemical SP method.The results showed that FSHR-immunoreactive substance was distributed widely in inferior mesenteric ganglion in female goats.Although the FSHR distributed in nerve cells,supporting cells,Schwan cells and passing fibers,it mainly distributed in nerve cells.And in nerve cells,FSHR-immunoreactive substance was mainly distributed in the cell membrane and cytoplasm,and the nuclear was weak positive.The results suggested that neurons in inferior mesenteric ganglion had reaction with FSH in female goats and FSHR might regulate the functional activities of the female reproductive system by sympathetic nerve from inferior mesenteric ganglion.关键词
