ELISA抗体水平评价口蹄疫灭活疫苗免疫效果的可行性分析
Feasibility study of the effect of foot-and-mouth disease inactivated vaccine by antibody titer evaluation

Abstract
In order to evaluate the feasibility of foot-and-mouth disease vaccine according to antibody level,five batches of inactivated vaccine against foot-and-mouth disease(FMD) type O Asia 1 and five batches of inactivated vaccine against swine FMD type O were inoculated to the animals.While the relationship between antibody titers and immune protection percentages was evaluated by liquid blocking ELISA.The statistical data proved that the O antibody titer of the inactivated vaccine against FMD type O Asia 1 was positively correlated with the protection percentages(probability units) post-challenge(P0.01,r=0.986).Asia 1 antibody titer of the inactivated vaccine against FMD type O Asia 1 was positively correlated(P0.05,r=0.997) with the percentages of protection(probability units) post-challenge,but O antibody titers of the inactivated vaccine against swine FMD type O were not positive correlated(P0.05) with the percentage of protection(probability units) post-challenge.The result indicated that it is entirely feasible to evaluation of effectiveness of the inactivated vaccine against FMD type O Asia 1 using antibody titers,and not feasible to evaluation of effectiveness of the inactivated vaccine against FMD type O swine using antibody titers.关键词
