绵羊肺泡毛细血管的扫描电镜观察
Observation on the microvasculature of pulmonary parenchyma in sheep under the scanning electron microscope

Abstract
The construction characteristics of pulmonary microvasculature in sheep were studied using the technology of vascular corrosion cast and scanning electron microscopy,in order to reveal the distribution characteristics of pulmonary microvessels,and accumulate materials for the research of the pulmonary microvessels on mammals,and lay the foundation of the further study on pulmonary microvasculature in yak.The results showed that in the parenchyma the pulmonary alveolar capillary networks were honey-comb like on the cut surface at a low magnification,and the outlines of alveolar sac and alveolar were clearly observed.The pulmonary alveolar capillary networks were network at a high magnification.The most alveolar capillary extended well in the fields of view.Compared with the results of pulmonary microvasculature on related animals,the characteristics of pulmonary microvasculature of sheep is similar to that of newborn yak and bactrian camel,but there are the significant differences between sheep and human,canine,monkey,rabbit and rat.关键词
