Reverse genetics technology and its application in RNA virus research was reviewed in the present article.In addition,the situation of reverse genetics technology for transmissible gastroenteritis virus,application and prospect in the research of gene function,pathogenesis,engineering vaccine of transmissible gastroenteritis virus were summarized.关键词
