Abstract
This review discussed the epidemiological status of bluetongue worldwide including Europe,the Middle East,North Africa,and other regions,with the reasons for the status analyzed as well.In addition,the new methods used to study the epidemiology of the disease were described.It was pointed out that epidemiological surveillance of the original and emerging serotypes of bluetongue virus in the epidemic areas should be enhanced,and regular immunization should be carried out for health animals.关键词
