健康男性血浆kisspeptin与迟发性性腺功能减退关系研究
The relationship between plasma kisspeptin levels and male menopause.
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma kisspeptin levels and male menopause. Methods 99 male adults were recruited. Serum LH,FSH,T,fT,PRL,E2 and SHBG were measured by chemiluminescence analysis,and plasma kisspeptin by ELISA. The data was statistically analyzed using SPSS17. 0. The relationship of plasma kisspeptin levels with male menopause was investigated according to PADAM questionnaire. Results Plasma kisspeptin levels and the number of subjects with PADAM were increased with age. There was significant difference by age between PADAM and non-PADAM group(P<0. 01), however, plasma kisspeptin levels were not significantly different in these two different groups (P > 0. 05). Plasma kisspeptin levels were correlated with age (P < 0. 01) and serum E2 (P = 0. 039), but not with BMI, LH,FSH,T,fT(P>0. 05). Age was also the only factor influencing plasma kisspeptin levels. Conclusion Plasma kisspeptin levels were not associated with the male menopause, which suggests that kisspeptin does not play a crucial role in regulation of HPG axis in adults.关键词
