Abstract
One of the earliest reports of liver transplantation (LT) for Caroli' s disease was reported by Sans in 1997, and then successful cases of LT performed in Caroli' s disease emerged. The clinical research discovered that the 5 years survival rate of recipient and transplants can reach 76 percent and 71 percent after LT respectively. Living donor liver transplantation application in Caroli' s disease increased gradually in recent years, and its 2 years survival rate could reach 81.6 percent. Therefore, LT is a feasible option in the treatment of diffuse Caroli' s disease, even when complicated by recurrent cholangitis or intrahepatic bile duct stone.关键词
